  • There are many people here who do not exercise to achieve their weight loss. But, I think it's important to remember that exercise really isn't about weight loss -- it's more about fitness. Food is much better for weight loss. They work together but definitely exercise for health and fitness!

  • While I agree 100%, we also weren't meant to consume almonds in the quantities necessary to make almond "milk". Anything in moderation is most likely better than anything in excess. It's probably unnecessary for most people to consume any liquid calories past infancy. Water should be it.

  • I don't think I've had boneless, skinless chicken breast more than 3 or 4 times in 2 years. If I did, it would be chopped and added to a giant spinach and greens salad with bacon, feta, walnuts, dried cherries, olive oil and lots of spices. Need to do something to give it fat and flavor.

  • I agree with you for one reason that everyone fails to mention: WE ALL HAVE EXCESS CALORIES, EVERYDAY, AT ALL TIMES. It's called STORED FAT. It gets recruited when we have calorie needs in excess of our calorie intake. Why does no one consider this?
