  • Thank you so much guys!! So much to read and get my head around but it's made me not only want to drag out my running shoes (if only for a short distance) but also made me feel much happier about my current exercise regime!
  • One of my friends ran on a regular basis. Instead of losing weight she gained a few pounds. She then changed her exercise routine and then significantly lost. I was just curious to have opinions and experiences from others. But I seem to always get sarcastic or quite rude responses so I'm starting to believe this…
  • Thanks for help so far by the way. Very much appreciated.
  • I'm 5ft 1 and 82.5kg. Am looking to drop to about 67kg or less. I'm just generally confused by it all to be honest so was hoping someone could point me in the right direction or tell me I'm in the right direction already!!
  • That wasn't my question.
  • I set my activity level at lightly active and 2lb per week. I have now changed activity level to active and it's come out at 1390 calories which sounds a bit more like it... thanks for asking this as I just couldn't work out why it was so low when I was so active and having not touched the activity level since I first…

  • That's what the app came down with for me to start losing weight. I don't struggle on it either and am never hungry. I was more curious on which exercise was good for burning calories but I guess all forms of exercise win! I've been on a steady 1lb a week drop and was hoping adding additional exercise might up it to 2lb a…
  • I've added you. (I think). You will be my first friend!!
  • I'm starting out too and I'm always so up and down. Buddy up for a bit of support?
  • I am starting on my journey just today and would love a mentor to help keep me on track and ping a few words of wisdom over. I'll check out the list later but a little about me: My weight has been so up and down for the last few years and I've come back to this app and a determination to change. I live in the middle of the…
