Ok...here goes.... Goals for week 1 1.) Lose 1.5 poundsFAIL :( 2.) Zumba twice100% 3.) No Soft DrinksI had ONE Mt. Dew :( Team Goals 1.) 50 jumping jack, 20 crunches2days (so whatever that % is) Goals for week 2 1.) Finish my weekly runs for C25K 2.) Lose 1.5 pounds 3.) 8 glasses of water daily

I like "Beast Mode" Why don't we do 50 Jumping jacks or 20 push ups or something, I need something concrete to do each day! and how about a 7 pound team total? I weighed in this morning....i wasnt sure where we were recording all that stuff.

My weekly goals... 1. Lose 1.5 pounds 2. Zumba at least twice 3. No soft drinks!!!! (not even Diet Coke!) I'll tune back in later to check on the team name and goals.
