A combination of strength training and cardio will help you reach your goals. There are a lot of programs out there to do at home so you dont have hefty gym membership fees. I find that works for me. I am in the best shape of my life and only getting better from Beachbody programs. Friend me and we can chat if you want on…

I would not do it. It is not something you can or would want to drink forever. It does not contain any nutrients. I would try to eat clean and workout. You will enjoy eating real foods and be able to learn hoe to eat right for your body. Shakeology is a nutrient rich supplement that would be good to take in conjunction.

agreed!

I am in Illinois, but not sure where your zip is. I wanted to reach out because I am also a busy mom and have found a great way to fit in fitness at home with some dvd programs. Maybe can connect and I can share some of my results with you!

http://www.knowswhy.com/why-do-apples-make-me-hungry/ This explains it. I thought it was just a cooky thing that happened to me! No more apples for me! I can't deal with the hunger! Apples only with peanut butter for me and since I'm steering away (for now) I guess I've lost a fruit from my diet!

Kale Chips all the way! Yum-o!!!

You should be eating all your calories each day as cleanly as possible. Try eating a big breakfast to get you going in the morning. Snack every couple hours to keep your metabolism in check. You also much eat back the calories you burn from workouts. MFP will have you do this once you log the workout. It is a great tool…

It is tough and takes lots of dedication. i think once I was in a routine then it became easier. Just find the right time of day that you can do it every day. That is key. If it is in the morning, then sleep in your workout clothes, get up and go get it done. If it's in the evening, then go straight to your room after…

I like her a lot. I have been doing many Beachbody programs (Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme), but am using JM in between. My next thing after I finish Insanity will be JM Body Revolution.

I consign mine at a local consignment shop. That way I help people that need clothes at cheaper prices and I also make money when they sell! Win Win!

I LOVE Turbo Fire and have had great results. 21lbs and 18 inches lost! It's great cardio to burn tons of calories and get you a leaner look. I've great luck and really enjoy it too which is half the battle. Message me for a link. There is a great thing called a Challenge Pack where you can get Turbo Fire and Shakeology…

looking great! What a sense of accomplishment! Great job! Keep going and achieving your goals!

I make small goals and one ultimate bigger goal. I feel small goals make we so happy once I get there. Then I just move on to the next one and eventually I'll be at my end goal and maybe even better!

Feel free to add me! We are all on the same journey and support is a wonderful motivator!

If you are eating healthy foods there is no way you should ever be starving hungry. Make sure you are logging your exercise and eating those calories too. That always puts me over and I find it hard to eat all my calories that day (at least in a healthy way)
-
I agree. Muscle/body confusion will help. Mix up your workouts. Your body might have just adjusted to what you are doing everyday. Also try to get in all your calories each day or your body will go into starvation mode and not allow you to lose. I think those two points are key and will help a ton! Feel free to friend me…

It is definitely a lifestyle change. I am learning how much and of what foods are okay for me to eat and still attain my goal for the day. MFP is a great tool to help get you to that point. If you only "diet" it will all come back and all this hard work will be for nothing.
-
You can do it! Just do something every day! You will feel better and will reach your goal and that will make it all worth it!
-
I would maybe start with another program to get your body conditioned if it's not used to exercise. That that point Insanity is great! You do as much as you can in a short period of time. You dont have to keep up with Shawn T. That is the whole point. You keep track of how many whatevers you can do in the time he allows.…

I'm in the same boat. Loosing baby weight and pre-baby weight! I have 20lbs more to go!

Try switching up your workouts and making sure your heart rate is in the right place to burn fat. I would get a heart rate monitor and also do your measurements. Switching up the workouts shocks your body, so see if that helps! Good luck!
