I have done this a few times when there are sales. The last pair of jeans I waited too long to wear, they are starting to be too loose already and 2 months ago they were major muffin wear I had to put aside. Annoying yet good at the same time.

BMI is an okay general guideline for the average person. Unless you weight train a lot and have a low body fat percentage, the BMI healthy range is very realistic. I drink Almased for breakfast quite often because I tried so many different protein powders and making my own shakes but they were all gross. I add coconut water, ground flax and vanilla sometimes. I don't think Thanksgiving is that bad, eat a lot of turkey and veggies with a little bit of mashed potatoes and stuffing, then a small piece of pie. I just had leftover turkey for lunch. Love it! Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is next weekend for Canada. We eat tonnes of food while hanging our with friends and family. It is a pretty big holiday for traveling and getting together. I like it in October so it isn't so close to Christmas. Having the Monday off work paid is pretty awesome and my favourite part.

It is also good to sprinkle some cinnamon and add a tbsp of almond butter to the water before adding the oats. Then add berries after it is cooked.

This actually sounds and looks good. Usually substitutes (like cauliflower everything or frozen mashed bananas disguised as an ice cream) are so crappy they shouldn't be called whatever it is they are supposed to be like.

So I tried the Almased for breakfast today. Had it around 6:15am and stomach started growling around 9am. I was hoping to make it until 11am. Oatmeal with almond butter and berries keeps me satisfied longer, with scrambled egg whites even longer.
