I bought it in store for a few months then only got 2 issues out of my subscription I just paid for. $39.99 for a year for Canadians. 40 bucks for 2 magazines! Maybe someone will buy it and keep it going, fingers crossed. Anyhow, only suggestion I've been given so far is on Facebook, someone said Best Health.

Good for you! I'm proud of you too. Every pound you lose is just as good as someone who hasn't had surgery. I think the surgery bashers just like to feel superior, don't mind them :)

I'll still eat Wendy's chili once in awhile even though I know how they make it around here. Pour it on the baked potato, add sour cream and the hot sauce. Yum.

Ice cream, 1/2 cup of real stuff is only 140 cals. hell 280 for a full cup works when you have veg and protein at lunch and dinner leaving lots of calories left. The fat free and sweetener laden stuff doesn't cut it for me, I get headaches from aspartame, Splenda, and the like.

I find it amusing that people are arguing about eating below BMR on a website that puts many people on a below BMR calorie goal when they pick to lose 2lbs per week. The online calculators are just an estimate, not everyone can be exactly the same. You don't need to go to extremes either. Instead of just switching to low cal, cut 200 or so per day or a certain number from your weekly average. I just switched to calorie cycling and it works better for me.

I love corsets though I don't waist train, I only wear them out once in awhile. My final weight loss goal reward to myself will be a custom made corset, possibly Starkers since I'm close to Toronto and can't find anyone local.

Health Canada recommends 7-8 servings per day and that is what I am for. I get 10 in some days. It is a lot easier to stay within a calorie goal when you eat a lot of veggies and some fruit.
