Agreed. Started in March of last year and getting better every day. Down 65 pounds since then. A reality of adding years to our lives. (I turned 40 on October 4)

I have, and it has been so far so good. I recently raised it and found that I had way too many calories left over, so I went back to the suggested amount.

I get fat free cottage cheese, put crushed red pepper, one TBS of sunflower seed oil and mix it all together ( 1/2 cup serving) . It's a little spicy which makes you forget that it has a healthy result. I eat it like a dip, with a veggie or wheat crackers. Good stuff.....Protein

There's also something you can get for the iPhone that syncs to a piece that you put in a NIKE sneaker that measures all of that stuff.
