Split it up into the different bits goats cheese 200 cal salad 50 cal dressing 100 cal even with a big portion ( phnarrr) , it can't be that much more than 450 cals max .

Oh hang on that was yesterday... Went to Dubai mall's wait rose and bought some sushi it was yum... I think Its the wasabi paste and pickled ginger I could just eat a plate of that tbh
