It causes me anxiety too. I plan on one night out per week, and use saved up calories for it. Regardless, after eating out, it always takes me all week to drop the salt weight.
-
OP, didn't you post on another thread that you struggling with an eating disorder?
-
True. But, I'd rather buy organic, minimally processed chicken than the plastic tasting chicken at Panera.
-
Panera is gross. Chicken tastes processed to me. I'm not convinced.

Lululemon are expensive but they last forever. wash after wash after wash. Same with Athleta. You pay more but they last a LONG time.

11ish weeks. But I was already at a healthy weight, so baby steps. Good luck!

Buy chicken in bulk and grill/bake/broil/sautee with different spices/low cal sauces. Cook up Frozen veggies, roast fresh veggies, cook rice, roast or bake potatoes, and bake egg whites in muffin tins. Cook everything up over the weekend and put in containers in fridge and then mix and match protein, starch and veggie.…

I'm measuring about 4 oz/night of sauvignon blanc and still losing weight. Even with more on the weekends. If you can fit it into your day, you can still enjoy it.

You look fantastic! Congrats!

The one good thing about having C sections! Your pelvic floor stays intact. Vaginal delivery better in every other aspect. I can jump and jump and jump and lift and no leaks, and I'm 45 yrs old! Sorry this is happening but it definitely is common. discreet pads should work just fine. :) Keep on lifting!

I'm 5'4 and currently 112/113 at 45 yrs old. Would like to get to 109/110. I would rather be thin/lean than bulked. Good luck!

Savignon Blanc. But only from New Zealand. ;)

sushi and lots of wine!

The Isagenix people in my area are crazy-it's like a cult. Multi level marketing for a glorified Slim Fast. No thanks.

A 45 year old fitness instructor here! I keep an open diary. Feel free to add me. Best of luck!

It depends on what your goals are. How many calories are you burning? Do you plan to eat back those calories? Do you want to get stronger, or are you doing it to clear your mind and get moving? Figure out your goals and then decide. You can still lose weight without any exercise.

I teach fitness classes, know a lot about healthy food and cooking, eat relatively clean, yet could not get super lean any other way except this site and counting calories. It's the only way for me. Best of luck.

Fantastic!

My breakfast every day....two kashi go lean blueberry waffles, 2% Fage Greek yogurt (I weigh about 1/3 cup), weigh handful of blueberries and 1 tsp of sugar free maple syrup. Lunch every day is either sautéed or grilled chicken breast in different spices and roasted veggies and herbs (roast up sheet pans every Sunday) and…

I either "guesstimate" to the best of my ability or I use it as my weekly "cheat meal". I don't eat back most, if any, of my exercise calories so I am able to bank some for times like these and a weekly night off from logging. For people who travel all the time for work, it must be very challenging.

You look fantastic! Bravo!

Amazing!! Bravo!!

Me! I measure out 4 oz. of wine several nights per week.

I can't stand selfies. Why do people take them? My profile pic is not a selfie, but taken from a family event. It makes me think people place too much emphasis on their appearance. That's my two cents. ;)
-
I understand. But here's the thing. It's hard to be overweight, and it's hard to log. Pick your hard. You will get results if you weigh and measure your food and you log. I know it seems overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's not bad at all. Your "go to" foods are saved in your diary. Best of luck!

Great job! Bravo!

It's good but very caloric for a small amount. I'd rather brown rice or sweet potatoes.
