I'm on day 4 of level 1 today. My legs and abs are aching a little bit but not too bad. That said I have been doing some exercise previously. Not looking forward to level 2, I did it a couple of years ago and from what I remember didn't enjoy it as much as 1 and 3

Yeh I agree, I think you're doing everything you can at the moment, without aggravating your neck or hip, just be strong and try not to worry too much, everyone else will be worrying about their own issues to be looking at your 'wobbles'!! (Btw hadn't realized you were also 'Andrea', lol!) x

I agree with everyone else, I use MFP for the forums and logging food and fitbit for tracking my steps and helping to keep me motivated
