Hi I’m Andie from the UK 🙋🏻♀️ 🇬🇧

Tried meeting guys in the traditional way after splitting with my ex but unless I wanted someone younger or someone who was already in a relationship (I actually had people who worked with my ex trying it on!) the pickings were very slim! Decided to give tinder a shot and after a few dodge pots and some other general chat…

I'm sure you can do that Lisa, make sure you're eating enough calories and exercise regularly. I found once I started doing Zumba and Body Combat my weight moved quicker and my body started to change shape x

Dry roast your potatoes and parsnips using FryLight oil spray, the other veg are healthy anyway, eat only lean meat but enjoy your day, Christmas is to be enjoyed and life is too short. Just make sure you don't sit munching on chocolates all day and you can enjoy the traditional lunch and trimmings. Merry Christmas ;0)

Fantastic job, well done

Wow, what a fantastic job, you should be proud of yourself. I particularly like your phrase "one meal of calorie and carb overload won’t make you fat, just like one salad won’t help you get healthy". Very wise words, well done :drinker:

I have the flex which I use to motivate myself to keep on my feet more and I have to be honest I love it. I also have a HRM which I wear for 'proper' exercise. I try not to eat into any calories I'm told I burn from my fitbit, will only do this if I'm desperate as I don't feel I've earned them as much as I have exercise…

OMG they sound sooooo good. My nana used to make good chips too, always with a chip pan and there used to be so many on my plate I was never sure if I should eat them or climb them!! Had to have Heinz tomato ketchup on with the vinegar though ha!

Tinned irish stew, I used to have it when I came home from school for lunch, tinned rice pudding with bramble jelly jam in it and a local dish called panacalty. Basically sliced potatoes, onion, corned beef, bacon and sausage cooked together with gravy and always mopped up with a ton of white bread! We only had white bread…

Katie Hopkins is and out and out tw@t who was privately educated and has no idea what it is like to live on limited income and not have the choice of eating nice healthy food or paying a bill. She judges people by their names or what they look like rather than whether or not they are a kind friendly person and deems…

Yeh with you on this one

MFP tells everyone to eat 1200 cals regardless of their weight/height/gender or whatever. You need to work out your own needs. I used Scooby's calculator as advised by someone from the forums and its great http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/. The majority of us on here eat way more than 1200 calories…

Maybe you're not eating enough with all the calories you are burning? I see a lot of people on here losing weight by eating more calories. Try working out what your body needs - this site was recommended to me by a few people on here http://scoobysworkshop.com/. Good luck :drinker:
