I have a fitbit for everyday to make I'm not tempted to sit down too much but when I do a 'proper' workout, ie going on my treadmill or doing my class such as body combat I wear my polar F2. Wasn't a fancy expensive HRM but it does the job. Even wear it to go swimming

Yeh, make sure you track everything, good and bad. When you track the bad it helps you to see where you are going wrong and we often lie to ourselves about how much we've actually eaten. Make sure you find your proper allowance so you're not starving yourself and you'll get to your goal :drinker:

Definite yah for me. Have 2 (so far!), hubby has 3 and love David Beckhams body art, just as long as he doesn't open his mouth, lol!

Have to agree with Topsking, it's your first night out in ages so try and enjoy yoursrld. Do some exercise if you can, but life is too short, you got to live it while you can. I do appreciate though you might want to make more sensible choices - luckily for me I don't like cream so I always go for dishes which have a…

I'm fitting into clothes that were too tight for me when I returned from my visit to the states last summer so although I've still a way to go, I've got such a buzz from the fact I can wear clothes that were sitting in my wardrobe for a long time, plus I can put on/take off my jeans without unfastening the button!!

Sorry I've been MIA girls, its been a busy few weeks with kids birthdays and my anniversary. Thankfully I didn't put on any weight and managed to maintain through it all. Back on track this week though and I've lost another 1lb...not far to go before I reach my stone mark (14lbs) Have a great week :drinker:

Haven't given up anything but have reduced bread and 'naughtier' foods, making sure they are 'treats'. Have increased my veg intake as I was never a big veggie lover. I'm a huge fan of water anyway and don't drink a lot of pop or tea and coffee so that was easy for me. I'm trying to make this a lifestyle change so allow…

Love your honesty....just shows you don't have to eat like a rabbit to lose weight! Life's too short to deny yourself completely

Hi I'm from the North East, on here everyday with an open (honest) diary! Tend to do my main shop at Asda/Sainsburys with top ups at various other places!

Fantastic, well done :flowerforyou:

Same for me with this...my hubby refers to me as a MILF sometimes and also has a GILF on the school run. Its just a bit of harmless fun

Currently in the North East of England but hoping to be living in the States this time next year

well done everyone, I was up by 1.8lb yesterday, but didn't have a good week. Lots of bad snacking and no exercise other than walking but back on track now and back down by 1lb. Have a great week x

Have to say I agree. Not found a product in the UK that matches up with the delicious taste of Nutella

I think you look fab, well done

Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in this. For some reason I've completely lost the plot these past few days. My hormones were to blame initially (I always get bad sugar cravings at that time of the month) but I can't seem to get myself out of it. Normally its lasts a day or two then I'm right back on…

Keep seeing this advertised and was wondering if it was worth watching.....now I've got to see it!

Just weighed in and I'm 0.8lb down bringing me to a total loss of 11.6lb. I'll take any loss, no matter how small

I think you're doing great and you can definitely see the difference. Don't give up, sometimes our bodies stick for a couple of weeks but you will soon start losing again x
-
My goal is simple, I'd like to try and hit my stone mark, I have about 4lb to go to hit this, not sure how achievable it is seeing as my weight loss is usually about 1/2 per week but there it is. I'd also like to run on my treadmill at least once per week, in addition to zumba and a swim x

Forgot to log my weight on Friday but I was 146.8lb so no loss this week :ohwell:

You've done a great job so far, good luck with the rest of your journey x
