I'm 5'4 and I know I would look ill if I went down to 119lbs, I've set myself a goal for around 134lbs otherwise my face looks gaunt x

I always weigh in on a Friday so that's good with me. I'm happy posting any losses or gains to help keep me motivated x

Hi Shelly we're hoping to relocate to VA next year. My husband was working in Crosspointe last year training people in the new Rolls Royce factory. Me and the kids spent a month with him (he was living in Tobacco Row) and we fell in love with the place, so hoping we can make the move over there x

Hi girls, hope you don't mind me joining. I'm Andrea and I'm from the UK. I'm 41 with a 7 and 5 yr old and have been on MFP for the last couple of years but have fallen off the wagon a few times. Been really sticking to it since Jan of this year and so far have lost 10.8lbs. I'm certainly finding since hitting 40 the…

You should be proud of yourself for your achievements so far, not only with your weight loss but for pushing through the anxiety and doing things with your life. I'm sure you'll have a blast at the festival and will continue to lose weight on your return :flowerforyou:

Haha, love your wit!

I think no chest hair is so much nicer, luckily for me, my guy isn't particularly hairy and he likes it clean too

My youngest loves to do my exercise DVDs with me, but sometimes find I spend more time avoiding hitting her with my weights than I do exercising. When I can get near the tv I'll sometimes put Just Dance on the Wii and both kids do it with me (they're 7 and almost 5). On rare days like today when it's sunny I take them…

I'll be in, been on here a while and I'm sticking with it so far this time, but I don't want to fall off the wagon (again!) :flowerforyou:

You've come such a long way in a short time Kel, well done you look fab but I know this is only part way through your journey and I have great faith you will make it to the end xx

I've had the flex since January and I love it, it definitely motivates me to make sure I get my 10,000 steps at least. Add me if you like //www.fitbit.com/user/2CG7HB Andie :flowerforyou:

Bit of a strange one but my hubby brought back a bag of Almond M&Ms from America in December and I've managed to make them last 4 months, even though I opened them, I was able to just eat a few at a time then leave the rest for later. Normally they wouldn't make it past a week!!!

Wow Fue you look stunning, well done for not letting those negative people get you too far down and for pulling yourself back. I'd say your transformation is the best revenge to them. I really hope you only have positive people in your life now

Hi I'm from Sunny Sunderland and am here everyday, determined to shift this excess weight once and for all

Hi Shane and Louise, I can completely understand the falling off the wagon scenario. I first joined MFP a couple of years ago and swore I was going to lose weight for my 40th birthday. Did I do it, did I hell as like, I lost a bit almost got to target then put it all back on again and more. I said I was going to lose it…

I think you look great. Families think they can say what they want without worrying about our feelings (my mother is a prime candidate) but unfortunately they don't often think before they speak. Your face has a nice slim shape to it without looking gaunt, so if you're happy, then stay the way you are x

You're doing brilliantly well done

I have the fitbit flex and love it for pushing me to make sure I get at least my 10000 steps in each day but I never wear it to go swimming. I have a Polar F2 (bought new from ebay for £20)and wear this with a chest strap for swimming then work out my calories after

We used to listen to the 'Top 40' Chart on the radio on a Sunday night with our fingers poised ready to hit 'record' when our favourite songs came on, trying to miss as much of the DJ talking as possible!!!

For UK peeps, used to love these also loved watching the Brat Pack films like St Elmos Fire, Breakfast Club, The Outsiders, About Last Night, etc

I've got about another 16lbs to go to my target. Been a slow road but I figure it'll stay off better this time as I've not cut anything out of my life x
-
I keep thinking the same, since January 1st I've lost 9lbs which averages out at about 1/2lb per week. Why can't I lose weight quicker I keep asking myself but then I realise I've not denied myself anything over this time and I don't feel like I'm on a diet. Hopefully when I lose the weight this time it'll stay off for…

Please don't lose any more weight, I agree with the other comments, just start concentrating on toning up and adding definition

Have sent FR. One of my main exercises is walking x

Just waiting for the relocation to come through ????????✈️????

I want to move to America, living in the UK sucks now and I've had a taste of what could be

I grew up in an age of stones and pounds and how many 'feet' I am. Its hard to change that and we keep passing it on to the next generation rather than getting to grip with the metric system. Its like if you tell me the weather in Fahrenheit, I have no idea what temp it is!
-
Wow amazing results, well done x

I would say the one big difference for me is that I don't drink every week, I can go 2 or even 3 weeks without having any alcohol, don't know if this is what helps x
