    I'm 5ft 1 and I really hope I can see the same sort of results that you have had. I walk everyday too, and do some exercise biking and swiss ball. You look amazing, and I'm inspired all over again.

    I am just starting to walk. I walk outside when I can but I did recently buy the LS Walk at Home DVD's and I love them so far!
