    Another taller person (5.4) chiming in to say that you weigh more than me but you look WAY better than me. I assume that you lift?

    Absolutely amazing! I love the pic of you in the old jeans! I am on the opposite side of the spectrum - more like "amazon woman" at just over 6' tall, so my weight loss isn't as obvious as yours is. Congratulations to you! You rock!

    Beautiful! I like how you have the pictures set up, too! Way more complicated than what I can do =P

    I just use an app called Fuzel on my phone to make the collages. :)

    Congratulations and thank you for including your measurements. At 5'3" 221 it is so comforting to see your waist and hip measurements. My measurements are the same and I feel so overwhelmed at the task ahead. I am starting over and just knowing it is possible to get to a 30" waist is more inspiring than I can say.

    The only changes I made are the amount of food I eat (as well as eat healthier) and exercise. That's it!
