Just curious - why would this bother you? The person may be recovering from an injury and taking it slow to make sure they don't have a relapse. Besides, even if they are walking snails pace, it's faster and burning more calories than the person still sat on their sofa eating crisps...

Once I cut (massive portions of everything) out of my diet, I lost weight. :D Haven't cut out anything from my diet because I love food and drink, I just reduced my portions.

How long have you been stalled for? Weight loss isn't linear, you may go for a few weeks at the same weight and then suddenly, it will start to go down again. Chin up, be patient, keep it so your calories in are less than your calories out and things will come good again!
