I was recommended fenugreek and milkthistle by my midwife to help with milk production. If you are having problems with the fenugreek, maybe try the milkhistle. I took both at the same time so not sure which was better but have to say they worked wonders for me...

The first thought that came in to my head when I looked at the picture was "oooh, that's a wedgie and a half, bet they can't wait to pull that out..!" The second was "I hope he doesn't sleep on white sheets, they'd be a bu66er to keep clean with all that fake tan!".

In my humble opinion - Flat fronts. Always. Unless you are over 60 or still living in the 80's. I have never seen pleat fronts looking good on ANY man, fat, thin, muscled, ugly, good looking, actor, model or man in the street. None. Not one....

^This! Get used to reminding him! Oh, and happy anniversary, it's our 7 year wedding anniversary on the 5th May :flowerforyou:

I wear the 30 day "Day and Night" ones too and love them. However, OP, if you have ordinary lenses then you really don't want to be wearing them overnight, they could cause real damage. You need to take them out at night as they don't allow as much oxygen through as the ones that are designed to be worn all the time.…

I feel your pain. I was on depo when I was younger and it was fab, had it again last October and have been bleeding ever since, sigh...

You can make your own version and then you will know exactly how many calories are in it - put a packet of toffees in a jar or bottle (easy to work out the calories), fill up with vodka and shake, leave for a few hours and shake again and again... Depending on which toffees you use (I like Thorntons because they are so…

I'm talking about "club" soda, should have put that in for the non-UK people, sorry! There are NO calories in club soda, it's just fizzy water, (which I guess you could also use), which is why lime soda is so great, very few calories, especially if they use fresh limes and no sugar...

I drink Vodka and diet coke if I go out, but since you are off alcohol and don't like diet coke that's not much help, sorry! However... if I'm out at lunch time and not drinking alocohol then I love lime and soda, many places do it with fresh lime, yumyum, but even if they use cordial it's still not bad. Make sure they…

I used to live in Dubai where it is very popular (but called shisha). I used to love the smell of it, but the health hazards put me right off. Much worse than cigarettes (not that I've ever smoked either...). Also, I heard that the poor guys that set the stuff up were always ill (mind you that was in a shisha cafe where…

I am absolutely no expert, but if it hurts you to do the exercises then if I were you I would start off slow and build up. You can walk, cycle, swim... even use the elliptical type machines that don't need any contortions! And Just keep pushing yourself a little more each day and once the fat starts to budge out of the way…

What bugs ME is people nosying into my workout and judging me for doing what I'm doing... Does it affect your weight loss or performance if I'M holding on to MY handlebars? Why on earth should it bug you? I may be checking my heart rate, I may be new and worried about flying off the end (that WAS me when I first…

I was in Dubai from 2001 to 2008, have you checked out the rubber running track round Safa Park yet (I assume it's still there!)? This time of year is perfect for an early morning / evening run around and there used to be markers on the ground at point so you know how far you have gone.

Blah, body types... just a label. Not many fit the "perfect" description for any one of them. If you don't think you fit one that's already out there, make your own up, it may catch on! For example I'm currrently a bingowingedfatknee'dpear shape, looking to be a trimarmedtightbuttskinnycalf shape  Catchy huh? Just…

I would go for the chicken tikka (breast meat and doesn't have a sauce, just coated in spices and cooked in the tandoor oven), a small portion of plain boiled rice and some cucumber & onion raita (plain yoghurt with cucumber and onion in it). Really filling but low fat and about as healthy as you can get in an Indian…

I'm no expert here, at all, but you say you sit either at your desk or on the sofa, and that you can't increase your level of activity, is there a reason for that? Personally I would stop worrying about the food and instead of sitting on the sofa I would take the dog out for a lovely long walk, maybe building up to a jog,…

I have cut down quite a bit but sorry, can't stop totally, I enjoy a drink!!! I don't like beer so that's not a problem but do like red wine. I have cut on the wine and swapped for a vodka and diet coke, going looong on the diet coke. Lots less calories and I don't feel I'm missing out.

Roasted leeks with a low-fat cheese sauce, goes lovely with fish!

Oh I feel your pain!! About 12 years ago when I was at my skinniest (size 8-10) and looked almost ill, I tried to buy myself a pair of boots. Couldn't get my calves even into a wide-fit, boohoo! I blame riding a stubborn lazy Dobbin when I was growing up, an my genetics! A couple of years ago however, when I was a lot…

I also have hypothyroidism and am on a daily dose of 150mcg of Levothyroxine, I am also on the Depo Provera injection, also known for it's not-so-wonderful weight gaining properties. I have just accepted I am on the stuff to help my health so the side effects are inevitable, but not unbeatable and stopped allowing myself…

My stepdad had colon cancer a few years ago now and is now all clear and well and my mums best friend currently has it and has just come out of hospital after treatment, she still has more chemo etc but prognosis is also good for her. Hope all goes well for you too.:flowerforyou:

Ha! Me too, didn't know there was anyone else out there the same! Have been like that as long as I can remember, through fat and thin times. I have All Bran / fruit just about every day and drink 2.5 litres of water a day plus several cups of black coffee... normal for me!

I met my husbaand when we were both young and very fit. He now has a tiny bit of a tub and I love it just as much as I love the rest of him. I on the other hand put on loads of weight, got it off, put it on and am now losing it again, hopefully permanently this time. He has loved me throughout as it is the whole of me he…

I am a parent of an adorable 4 year old little girl and I still answered that I would absolutely die to save someone else's child, as I hope someone would do the same if it was my child who needed saving. Yes, I am sure she would be devasted if I died, but I hope as she grew she would understand why I did it and be proud…

Absolutely.

A big bowl of finely chopped tomato and onion with a dash or two of balsamic vinegar to coat!

Last time I said "I shall never eat such-and-such again" I put on a ton of weight because, instead of indulging in a small amount of what I really fancied, I ate a TON of other crap trying to replace it... Now, if I fancy some crisps / chocolate / takeaway, I have it in moderation, thoroughly enjoy it, do NOT feel guilty,…

If it's some random person who you don't know and who hasn't met you then I would just laugh and ignore them. They are probably sending the same message to loads of random people, just to see if they can get a reaction from someone, anyone... which just makes them pathetic saddos without a life! If someone doesn't know me,…

Oh I love sweet potato anywhich way it comes, especially mash, haha! I make the mash, then add finely chopped onions, cabbage, grated carrot (or for that matter any leftover veg that's in the fridge) and a bit of pre-grilled crispy back bacon if I've got the calories, even a sprinkling of grated cheese if I'm splashing out…

Also hands up for older men! David Boreanaz & George Eades spring to mind...
