  • When I work in the field on a really hot, humid, sunny day and don't drink enough water that's how I feel the next day. So I would say overheating and dehydration, but either way, it won't do you any harm to just take it easy for a few days and recover.

  • When you say you "track calories" but eat "subs and burgers", where are you getting your calorie count from? Do you weigh everything you put in your mouth on a food scale, weighed in grams? Or do you buy from a shop and guess / eyeball weights?

  • It's really hard to tell over the internet as it could be all sorts of things. If you are worried it's probably best to make an appointment with your doctor who can check you out, ask you some more questions and put your mind at rest. All the best.
