I've got one of these: Omron BF511 Family Body Composition Monitor and like it. I know these kind of body fat monitors aren't that accurate but I can see if it's got a general downward trend or not, even if the actual number is actually that accurate.

A few questions come to mind. Do you weigh all your food on a digital scale? Measure liquids properly? How do you calculate your calorie burns from exercise? Small potions do not always equate to mall calories, depends on what you are eating. Is your diary open?

I would go for the run and if you find yourself struggling, take it down to a walk instead. No point pushing yourself if you feel a bit off it. If it's just a cold you'll be fine. A bit of exercise always perks me up if I have a cold.

Genuinely curious - I'm type A and you can pry bacon from my cold, dead hands! I would be miserable and very cross as a vegetarian, even a "near" vegetarian. I actually lose weight better on a high protein (meat. not nuts!!) diet. How do you explain that one if the BTD makes sense?

@Christine_72, Not personally, but others do. Some are lucky enough to have avocados too... Can't complain, we are lucky enough to have passion fruit by the bucket load (grenadilla's to some) and Chinese lanterns (physalis)... Garden to stomach in 5 minutes flat, now that's fresh!! :D
