EMSWANSON, Very motivating goals and signature. I like your last one about exercising even with the gym being closed. DVDs may be the way to go. Keep it up and tell your husband great job on meeting his goal!

walked a slow 1/4 mile with the misses and my boys on this crisp October evening. 3.5 miles to go tomorrow. My plan is to hit the treadmill bright and early.

Got some running in. 3 miles. That's 5 total so far. Plus I started working on a choreographed dance for my boys in PE class. Party Rock Anthem. Oh yeah!

Ok, I'll try. I just started using this site on Friday. I don't know which will be trickier. Doing the miles or finding this thread to post updates. Does walking while geocaching count? I think I am going to do that today.
