17 miles this week challenge
For about 5 weeks I have been walking, jogging some, and adding a mile each week. This week I am at 17 miles. Today I did 4.25 miles. I jogged about 2 of those miles. I am not sure when I am going to stop adding miles but so far it has really motivated me. I usually try to do 2 long routes on Sunday and Monday, my break…
