3 goal challenge

Challenge is to set 3 goals to achieve by Saturday the 29th.
Mine
-lose 3 lbs
-drink the recommended h2o each day this week.
-3- 30 minute run sessions.

    My three goals to achieve by 10/29 are as follows:
    1. Eat clean this week
    2. Workout everyday for at least 30 minutes
    3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep

    This would be a challenge for me!!!!!!!
  • My 3 goals to achieve by 10.29.11 is:
    1. Workout everyday for at least 30 min
    2. Drink no less than 64 oz of water each day
    3. Lose at least 2lbs...

    1. Workout 30 mins a day (minimum)
    2. Drink my H20!
    3. Not go over my calories!

    You know what's funny? After reading this, I got to thinking.......hmmm....what COULD be realistic goals for myself for this week? Will be thinking on this more. Thank you for the inspiration!

    G1: Drink 10 glasses of water a day
    G2: Lose 2+ pounds
    G3: Walk 1+ mile a day

    1. Go for a jog that I actually consistently 'jog,' and not walk as much.
    2. Drink enough water
    3. eat three meals a day and make sure to get more veggies!

    2) Lose at least 1 lb

    1. Dont binge foe the rest of the week
    2. If i feel the need to over it, distract myseld by seeing a friend
    3. Drink lots of water
