Challenge is to set 3 goals to achieve by Saturday the 29th.
Mine
-lose 3 lbs
-drink the recommended h2o each day this week.
-3- 30 minute run sessions.

My three goals to achieve by 10/29 are as follows:
1. Eat clean this week
2. Workout everyday for at least 30 minutes
3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep0 -

You know what's funny? After reading this, I got to thinking.......hmmm....what COULD be realistic goals for myself for this week? Will be thinking on this more. Thank you for the inspiration!0

G1: Drink 10 glasses of water a day
G2: Lose 2+ pounds
G3: Walk 1+ mile a day0 -
1. Go for a jog that I actually consistently 'jog,' and not walk as much.
2. Drink enough water
3. eat three meals a day and make sure to get more veggies!0 -
1) Eat more fruits and veggies
2) Lose at least 1 lb

That was the purpose. I hope it pushes you, myself, and the rest of the people out there.0
