This could be for our health or just about anything. Kind of a mini-bucket list. Remember Turkey day and all the other holiday parties between now and then.

    I'd love to be at my goal weight, though with the holidays that may be tricky, but dropping another pant size seems pretty doable to me at this point.

    I would LOVE to lose the last few pounds by 2012. I only have about 5 to go. But realistically, I am aiming to MAINTAIN! :smile: I've been doing this for well over a year.
    Last Thanksgiving and Christmas I measured EVERYTHING and had no sweets. I haven't had alcohol for over a year so New Years was meh. I would like to be able to indulge a little this holiday season. :tongue:
    But come January 1, 2012, I want to weight at MOST what I weigh right now!
  • By 2012 I want to have completed 30DS ! 2nd go since the robbers stole mine and now I have to start all over again!

    Also, I want to be starting C25K. I've heard everyone talk about it so much here and now I am a lot fitter I think I can do it! And gonna use a lot of peoples advise on here and get spanx a size to small so everything holds in!!!

    By July 2012 (9 Months), I want to be 140-145 pounds and wearing a bikini!!! I was hoping to be in one this past summer but that was unrealistic.

  • By next summer:

    1) I WILL be in the skimpiest bikini I can find (without my husband finding out lol)
    2) Participating and completing the Warrior Dash.
    3) Competing in next fall's IDFA Fitness Competition.

    Today is October 27th. 64 days until 2012. Get it done!
  • By January- be at the half way mark. 11 pounds seems do-able. :)

    in 63 days, i would like to lose about 20 pounds, at an ave rate of 2 per week. im down 2 this week, so im hoping that'll keep up. BUT id be happy with 15, or 10, or even 5. just SOMETHING in the right direction. im really hoping christmas food doesnt thwart me like it did last year.

    Over the next 63 days I will -

    - lead an exercise class at lunch during work
    - up my water intake from at least 8 glasses a day to at least 12
    - lose 10 lbs, putting me at 192
    - feel in control during the holidays (with food)
    - keep up my exercise regimine even when the gym is closed for holidays!

    I want to be in the best shape of my life!!! I want to be closer to my goal weight. Hubby thinks I've set my goal weight a little too low, so I'd even be happy to be at the goal weight he thinks is better, and that one is only 10 lbs away!! =) Mine is 20 lbs away! ;)
