So it depends how much your weight loss goal is every week. If I wanted to loose a 1lb it would be 1290 for me but thats to little for me so I accepted that I would be better on .5 lb so 1540. As I loose that will go down as my body will need less to function.

Not sure if they would be into exercising but I often sleep better after a run or some cardio. Also not eating to close to bed time. I sometimes struggle with sleep as well and eating my dinner to close to bed time makes it worse.

If you try to cut to much to soon you will make yourself ill. Due to your current weight your body will need a certain amount to function. With the exception of my birthday I am going to cut wine out! I will however get a wine glass, put ice in it and fill it with a really nice sugar free flavoured water. I enjoy it and whilst its not wine I dont feel any where near as deprived!!

I'm in although want to loos it by the 9th of December as away my holidays then for 2 weeks. I know the place I'm going I'll be able to keep the weight off just due to the HUGE amount of walking and exercise I'll get. However would like the encoragement to keep me on track untill then as I had a little slip yesterday!

Hey have you been fitted for your trainers or did you just buy them yourself in a sports shop?? I would say deff get it checked also go to a running shop to get properly fitted as you could have a arch variance that's putting undue pressure on your ankle
