Keep working at it! Pick three simple things that you know will improve your health (such as drink more water, add one more vege/fruit per day, exercise?) Dont try and eliminate a lot of things (you'll get discouraged), try and add good habits and I think you'll start to see some changes :)

Add me :) Good luck! I'm training to be a nutrition coach and one thing I've learned is not to focus on eliminating foods necessarily, but adding foods like fruits and vegetables...in essence crowding out the bad foods :) Sounds like you got a great start!
