And I want to really break up with unhealthy food for good this TIME !!!!

    I started changing my eating habits on the 15th of feb and so far I've lost 5pds.im 195 now

    Add me :) Good luck! I'm training to be a nutrition coach and one thing I've learned is not to focus on eliminating foods necessarily, but adding foods like fruits and vegetables...in essence crowding out the bad foods :) Sounds like you got a great start!

    You're right .ive been juicing fruits and I add "amazing grass" to it.
