Hello all! I'm Meghann and I'm actually going to be starting the program today after work haha :) I'm just looking to get in shape and start working on endurance/stamina (of which I currently have none) and this sounds like the structure I need to follow through. Hey there! I've been doing the same thing for years: I range between 140-155 at 5'7. I know I look a lot better at and below 145, and start freaking out (read: obsessing over diet/exercise) the closer I get to 150 because that' s where I can *see* it gaining on me: my face, pants, tummy. This time what I'm doing…

I'm also 5'7 :D looking to get to 140 (also toning up, so might wind up being 145, max) Great site's been going around, mybodygallery.com, has pictures of women at ALL sizes, and you can search by height/weight/pant size etc. It's really awesome to see other women and know that you're just like them :)

Definitely. If I thought I could carry curves and be sexy a la Christina Hendricks, I'd be fine, but I know I feel sexier when my stomach doesn't stick out further than my chest!

I don't have this problem *every* weekend, but when I visit family I have the same issue: eating with more people means more food available that you're expected to eat and love (which isn't supposed to be a bad thing but when you're calorie counting...) I just try to "save up" some extra calories in my weekly allotment so…

Sounds like heat rash: starts to show up when you're hot and sweating, then disappears before the end of the night? I'd get them in the summer (100 degrees+, woo), and they are very unpleasant :-/ I'd say just water and cotten clothes, especially pants

For people suggesting chocolate milk, thoughts on a chocolate almond milk? Or the difference would be negligible?

I've done the same with Kinect fitness :) In MFP, there's a way to manually enter exercises and calories burned. Most of the Kinect exercise games I've seen log estimated calories burned, so you can just copy and paste, as it were. if for some odd reason the game doesn't keep count, just guesstimate a cardio in the system…
