Day One repeat offenders WANTED!

Hey everyone! Today is day one for me AGAIN and it got me thinking about all the other people like me out there who do well for a bit but have moments of relapse, laziness or just completely fall off the wagon. I've lost 14 lbs and it's taken me almost 4 months so I've decided to start fresh. Anyone out there that can relate? Add me as a friend and we can motivate each other :)

I must add a disclaimer though...if you do not actively use MFP then we won't be a good match. Even when I fall off the wagon I'm still on MFP logging or encouraging my current friends so if you can't keep up with that then we have nothing to offer each other. No offense to anyone out there...I know weight loss is a tough journey with high and low moments but how can I help you work through it if you're not logging on?

Thanks for reading!

ADD Me! I've totally had to start over on here 3 time in 2 years! So yes I know how you feel and I can help you stick with it! I've stuck to it really well since I got back on the band wagon and I will be there for support.

Good for you never giving up. It's when you quit trying that things will get out of hand! Being accountable is where I am now. Glad to join you.

Add me. I've been doing well this time round (since the middle of January) and have stayed on the waggon so far, but I have been a serial Day One offender in the past! I'm on here every day. :)
