I fell short on my goal last month so I will be keeping the same goal this month, 50 miles. I have 4.25 miles in so far.

I just ordered the book earlier today, LOL. Not sure if I will be ready to commit December 1st or if January 1st is more realistic..... I will definitely be watching the progress of this group starting up. Good luck ladies!!!

Sweet!!!! The bowlex does have a bench and the ability to do lat pulls. I also have a swiss ball.... so it sounds like I would be covered. Thank you all for all the info!

IS anyone using a bowflex at home for their workouts???? I also have the adjustable dumbbells that go up to 52.5 lbs. Is this enough to make it work with adjustments where needed?

weight= 196.2 [down 1.2 this week] I didn't make the exercise challenge but I still burned 1536 calories so I cant' complain about that. Weight this week.... 197.4 down .6 this week. Not as good as I would have liked but still a loss. I logged 10.25 miles last week but didn't make all of the water goals. NSV: I am getting much better about logging my food & exercise. I have NEVER been able to keep it up faithfully. Forgot to add my name: "Karen"

The scale stayed the exact same as last week.... I ended up with 11 miles for the week and I also did 20 min Jillian videos Mon-Fri so I am hoping I am losing fat and gaining muscle :-)

I just couldn't bring myself to do all that jumping around that level 1 has... So instead of L1D4 of 30DS I opted for L1 of Ripped in 30 instead. I plan doing L1D4 30DS this weekend.

Bad me.... I've not been very good about updating this thread. I signed up for group A I have done 8.75 miles as of the end of the day yesterday. That would leave me 6.25 to get in between today and Sunday.... better get busy :-)
