my goals are to be 160 by the time winter is over and be 150-145 by summer and have a BMI of 20 right now mine is 23 and i weigh about 169 i try to burn 500-600 calories 3-4 times a week and eat between 1400-1500 on good days, 1700-1800 on really really bad days :)
