What's in your sandwhich?

I'm interested in what everyone has on their fave healthy sandwhich?
At the moment I can't go past
2 slices helgas wholemeal with seeds
Proactive marg
Tomato
Avacado
Tasty cheese
Chicken breast or ham
For approx 550cals - yes cals are high (bread on its own is 260!!) but this meal is so filling and keeps my blood sugar in check for the entire afternoon!!!

Cooked kale, spinach, or chard
Grilled cheese and tempeh! Sometimes I add mushrooms and onions too. It's the best.0 -

dont know about my favourite, but today I had roast pork, grated carrot, corriander fresh chilli and a splash of soy sauce. Yum.0

Mine are boring, the bread's usually wheat, with some ham or turkey slices for meat, a slice of cheese, pickles and some southwest style mustard or some other variation. That's it. Good enough for me.0

I'm going to be on a bus for three hours tonight so my dinner is a sandwich with:
wholegrain bread, sliced roast pork (home cooked), baby spinach leaves, sundried tomatoes and quandong chilli sauce.
More often I'll have a half sandwich (one slice of bread) with salad for lunch. Its most often one of these:
- peanut butter
- little bit of butter and vegemite or a half slice of light cheese and vegemite
- avocado mashed and mixed with Sirena chilli tuna0 -

low fat mayo
tasty cheese 2 slices
tomato 3 slices
salt
pepper!

2 slices of Western Family 100% whole wheat bread (200 cals.)
1tbs of peanutbutter (100 cals.)
When I have done extra awsome then also 1tbs of Nutella (100cals)
It's like a Reeses's sandwich xD
The whole sandwich, 300-400cals.
It's filling, and high in protein.
Also High in fat but I don't mind the fat in it.0 -
My favorite lately has been homemade chicken salad (w/celery, onion, herbs and a teeny bit of mayo) on oat bran bread with sprouts.0

i just ate a 80 calorie wheat bun with black forest ham, mustard, romaine, and a weight watchers swiss cheese wedge! simple, but quick and easy and only 140 cals!0
