When I have a sandwich -
Joseph's low carb pita pocket used as a Gyro wrap
Fresh roasted chicken breast (fresh herbs, gahhhhlic, lemon)
thinly sliced carrots, cucumbers, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red bell peppers, red onion, a couple strips of sundried tomatoes, baby spinach leaves, slice of Finlandia light swiss cheese and dijon mustard.........MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM0 -
My sandwich filler of the moment is:
Take a 14 oz can of tomatoes with basil/oregano/garlic and stir in 2 TB of balsamic vinegar. Spoon over zucchini or eggplant slices in a baking dish w/nonstick spray and bake at 400 for maybe 20 min.0 -
Just cheese or pb&j since I'm pregnant. I really miss lunch meat!0
