  • I agree...unless your dinner ends up being over 600 calories you'll end up losing instead of maintaining. Now if you were to eat like that on the weekends when you go to your parents for the unknown calorie count it might be ok. But you've got to remember that the more small meals you eat will cause your stomache to shrink…

  • Ace of base...can't help it...I start dancing while I'm walking on the treadmill. I listen to almost everything listed here and then some, but I always get picked on for knowing all of the words to all that she wants. :)
  • i have that issue too, it usually happens when i try to change my diet to fast...so go back to your normal diet for a day and start again, really slow and build up...like maybe switch in some veggies/fruits 1 meal for a week and add on each week. it worked for me. :)
