Ok IM trying to maintain my weight and I should be eating 1400 calories . Im going to eat junk food At least once s week [NO SODA OR CHIPS] & I'm also gonna have cheese pizza once a month but everything is going to be in my calorie intake .
BREAKFEST :
•CRISPY OATS CEREAL 1 CUP= 120 CALORIES
• WITH 2 % REDUCED MILK 1 CUP= 130 CALORIES
LUNCH :
• HOMEMADE BREAD [MADE OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND SALT BUT IM GOING TO START BUYING THE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD]
• 1 WEDGE OF LAUGHING COW ORIGINAL = 50 CALORIES OR 1 TAPLESPOON OF PEANUTE BUTTER = 95 CALORIES
SNACK :[MY JUNK FOOD FOR THE WEEK]
• 6 COOKIES OF NABISCO NILLA WAFERS REDUCED FAT = 90 CALORIES
• WITH LIGHT VANILLA NON FAT YOGURT= 80 CALORIES
DINNER: DEPENDS ON WHAT I FELL LIKE EATING [BUT NO JUNK FOOD!]
SATURDAYS AND SUNDAY ARE GOING TO BE FAMILY TIME AND MOM MAKES ALOT OF MOROCCAN DISHES SO IDK THE CALORIE IN THE FOOD
EXERCISE : 10 MINUTES OF JOGGING IN PLACE

sounds like nowhere near enough calories to me :S0

Missing fruit, vegetables and protein.....pizza and other treats occasionally is fine :-)
Also try a bit more than 10 minutes a day for exercise....

doesn't sound like nearly enough food! you said you are trying to maintain at 1400 calories? that sounds pretty low. I am short and my maintenance calories would be at 1770! and of course, where are your veggies and protein!?0

It's kind of hard for me to eat all the way up to 1400 calories . And ya I'ma try making a fruit & vegtebale salad for a side dish0

I agree...unless your dinner ends up being over 600 calories you'll end up losing instead of maintaining. Now if you were to eat like that on the weekends when you go to your parents for the unknown calorie count it might be ok. But you've got to remember that the more small meals you eat will cause your stomache to shrink and adapt. My honest suggestion with trying to maintain your weight is to only eat when you're hungry...and if you're reaching for a snack you should drink a small glass of water first, that way you know you're not eating out of boredom and stay hydrated.0
