Missing fruit, vegetables and protein.....pizza and other treats occasionally is fine :-)

Also try a bit more than 10 minutes a day for exercise....

    Good luck!

doesn't sound like nearly enough food! you said you are trying to maintain at 1400 calories? that sounds pretty low. I am short and my maintenance calories would be at 1770! and of course, where are your veggies and protein!?
  • It's kind of hard for me to eat all the way up to 1400 calories . And ya I'ma try making a fruit & vegtebale salad for a side dish

You need more protein and fiber especially in the morning.
  • I agree...unless your dinner ends up being over 600 calories you'll end up losing instead of maintaining. Now if you were to eat like that on the weekends when you go to your parents for the unknown calorie count it might be ok. But you've got to remember that the more small meals you eat will cause your stomache to shrink and adapt. My honest suggestion with trying to maintain your weight is to only eat when you're hungry...and if you're reaching for a snack you should drink a small glass of water first, that way you know you're not eating out of boredom and stay hydrated.
