So I couldnt do my circuit exercise this morning and decided when I picked up my kids from school ( I went walking by the way) I would go to the store (walking by the way) and pass by the gym to do my workout after all its only 30 minutes. While I was working out my kids were sitting at a table doing their homework and my son turns around and says...
Oh this is why you are getting skinnier! I loved it!

    *snorted giggle*...i just snorted my water...kids say some of the silliest things. glad to know it's working. :)

    How good are your children to sit and do home work and not want to run and climb on everything.

    We have a new puppy...they REALLY wanted to get home and play with it...so I got creative
    Good = play with puppy Bad= homework :wink:

    I kinda snorted when I giggled too...funny thing is I would feel a bit sad when he would say Mommy why do you have a big tummy are you having a baby? (and not because he was saying I was fat but because he noticed other mommies not having a biy tuumy unless they were pregnant) and now he ALSO noticed when mommy was getting skinnier...it was an AHA moment for him.:laugh:
