For me, as long as my full day evens out and does not exceed target, a larger breakfast is not a problem. Some days I deliberately set up a very large breakfast knowing that lunch will be very much delayed or I will be extra active and need the fuel.

In a word.....awesome! There is so much room in a GF diet for fresh food - veggies, fruits, meats, rice / potatoes. It is fairly easy to avoid gluten when you do the cooking....cornstarch (which my Grandma always used) instead of flour for thickening gravy. Fried foods and losing weight don't work for me, so no loss there!

Diet soda (long ago), and anything containing artificial sweeteners, including HFCS, MSG, BHT, and gluten. I do my best to avoid soy but with everthing else on the avoid list sometimes soy slips in....

How are the eggs prepared? If fried, look at what else is in the fying pan. Using vegetable shortening, butter, or ??? and look at the ingredients as these may also contain soy.
