I lost 7 pounds this week. I am so proud. I really have been watching what I have eaten this week. I didn't get to excerise very much (other than walking) because I had a virus earlier this week. Hey y'all, I am going to try and lose a few pounds this new year for myself to make me be a more healthy wife, mother and grandmother. I need to lose atleast 25 pounds to be healthier, but I would like to lose 35. Deborrah
