  • *SUGAR and *Strength...sorry!
  • Low sugar, No sugar. Any suger we eat...is automatically stored as fat. It is my biggest struggle to cut sugar out. Also, just read a report that people with Hypothyroidism should focus their workouts moreso on strenghth/circuit training, and not so much on super long cardio sessions (like running 10 miles a day)...it…
  • Have your B12 Levels checked! Most doctors do NOT include this test in general lab work. Just research B12 deficiencies...it can be serious, and can include the symptoms that you are experiencing! I have a Neuromuscular disease that affects my arms/hands and legs/feet...so I know how it feels, as it is one of my symptoms.…
  • Idea: When you get home from the store...open the bag of cheetos...and dump them into multiple sealable sandwich bags. It may help! Just don't go get the other bags of course. I find that this does help me. I'll eat the bag...and if I feel like I need to sit there and eat more...I grab a different bag...one with grapes in…
  • Physical Therapy...talk to your doctor. It may be painful at first...but if you stick to your therapy...it WILL build and strengthen your bad back and neck. And evetually you'll be able to do even more. Also...change your diet. It really does help. I'm not just talking calories. People like to say on here that as long as…
  • Just take small steps. Makes it easier for some people, I believe. For example, I started out with this rule: NO Mcdonalds, Period. I didn't really miss it. I actually hated McDonald's, but it was so easy to stop at when I was busy. Then, a bit later, I picked something else. Like drink more than 1 cup of water a day. It…
  • When I first started working out, cruches made me want to vomit. They still do actually...I can just do more of them now before I feel like that. lol
  • Keep up the good work! Don't get discouraged, as we all have bad days mixed with our good ones. I have a long way to go myself...I just keep on trucking...it's bound to work! One thing that has helped me...is that I pick one thing to cut out every so often. I knew that it'd be too hard to cut everything out at…
  • Thanks for the idea...I will look at this the next time I go to Walmart...If that doesn't work...maybe I'll just have to splurge on the Proactiv. I feel as if I'm in the desperate stage...or at least one step away from it!
  • No, it is all over. My cheek bone area, my chin, my forehead, my nose and underneath my chin/jaw bone (which...I've never in my life had one on this area...but I do now all of the time).
  • Oh wow! I do have Hypothyroidism...which DOES affect the way Insulin works in my body...maybe I should look into this area more! Thanks!
  • And I will definately try washing BEFORE...I normally go straight after work because we have a gym here...so I have not been washing before...I don't know why...but I guess I just didn't think of that. Ugh!
  • Yes...I added the Clean and Clear when I started working out...which has been since the middle of July or August. I put lotion on my face every time I wash it (Clinique...dye and fragrant free)...but this is not new...been doing this since forever.
