  • love my slow cooker in fact i have 2 lol. i make fab stews in there brill this time of year, 1lb lean diced meet, as much veg as you can get in. seasoning. simples makes a very nice rice pudding too

  • i am unable to work out in the morning, but i have a few games for the wii that i can work out with on a evening, i go to water aerobics 1 night a week, and i go a walk when i can. not too sure how old your kids are but how about the whole family going swimming. good luck

  • well you have come to the best place for help and support. i am the only one at home that is on a diet, but as i do the cooking they either eat the same as me or make it themselves. just a few simple swaps and you will be amazed at how easy it is.

  • mid way goals are totaly a personal thing ,some people work in stones and there for each stone(14lb) and half stone is a goal. i went with % my first goal is 10% of my start weight which is 14st 2lb or 198lbs im stuck at 207 at the mo. good luck and add me if you want help and suport

  • oh yes anything from 3 to 7lb at TOM. fingers and feet are the worst for water retention. but i take some herbal tablets from the chemist and that helps

  • how did everyone do this week.. i have hit my first sticking point and stayed the same, really down about it as i have been doing every so well and not overdoing things. (well till friday when i pigged out) but back on track now so still 207lb
