I tend to burn about a calorie a minute and sweat very little unless the temp is over 74. I exercise primarily inside in ac for that reason. I don't like sweating. My face gets a slight rash when I do much of it. It burns and hurts. I work my butt off but that doesn't mean I sweat much.

Weight can come off weird, some weeks nothing and some 5lbs. It depends on lots of factors but water weight plays havoc with the scale. Sounds normal. Wouldn't worry less you keep losing drastic amounts like a pound a day every day for a couple weeks.

You should monitor your food and shoot for maintance calories and make sure you eat plenty of protein to gain muscles, continye the strength training. Good luck

From what I remember the bellydance fitness dvds I have are pretty easy on the knees. Theres a little bending them on a couple moves and a few floor stretches though

I love my polar ft4 as well. Yeah you just add new exercise or adjust the calories and time in a old exercise to register what the hrm says

I personally thought it was mediocre at best. I hated the dialogue being turned into opera. Course I'm not an Andrew Lloyd Webber fan either. It wasn't terrible, but will never be in my top ten disney movies ever. The story was ok, the main song was ok, nothing fantastic. Oh and ps Avatar did so suck.

If you decide to stick with low carb, which is totally your choice, it will take 3 days to go back into ketosis after going out. Simple as that. For some low carb is sustainable, for many it isn't. You must decide what is best for you and what you want.

I too would highly reccommend a decent hrm. Mfp can under or over estimate your calories burned. The minimum of your exercise calories you should eat back is 1/3 when you still have so much to lose. Really this is why you should only weigh weekly cause day to day can drastically different. It can be water weight from sore or exhausted muscles or sodium or simply from changes in your cycle. You're not gaining fat, I assure you if you are accurately counting your calories
