I am just restarting again but doing some kind of activity every day. I'm exercising 15-30 minutes a day between using a Total Gym, aerobic dance or walking in hilly area. I have to lose 100+ pounds

A slice of Cherry Pie seems to range between 320 and 370 calories from a quick look so I'd say around 350 for this.

I think you look lovely as well. If I had to nitpick I would say 5lbs overweight at max, but personally I would focus on toning or gaining muscle more than losing weight. Toning will change current weight and you may love the results.

Much smaller list is what exercise do I like. Belly dance fitness, some kinect exercise, walking, riding my trike,swimming. The rest if either forced or not done.

On the diary comments I generally rarely look at other diaries. I do though always cheer good burns and any weight loss. Feel free to add me if you wish.

The weight gain from exercise, unless you have perpetually sore muscles, should be temporary and last between 2 days and 3 weeks depending on how sore and if you are increasing exercise or staying steady. If you haven't lost in 3 months you're not in a deficit. You can't really gain much of any muscle in a deficit. Weight…

at 5'7" my goal is 155lb.the lowest I've ever been is 206 and people already said if I lost another 60 I'd been nothing but bones lol
