I also have execise-induced asthma. I never thought I could run again, but I can. I ran a half-marathon and I've been able to do a 20 mile run. I'm not…

W4d6 done. I finished and I am very happy. I didn't lose much inch wise, but I am stronger and it really helped me to see my weak areas. I am going to start a bodybuilding.com plan this week w/ weightlifting and HIIT to step it up a bit.

I am sending you a friend request. I have been finding that having some "friends" makes it easier to stay motivated and see that everyone has areas where they struggle. Good luck...you can do it.
-
I have only been here for a week or so and I find having "friends" is very motivating. It is also very insirational to read success stories and others' struggles. We all have good and bad days. One day at a time and we will get there. Friend me and we can motivate each other.

I just bought ripped and would love to join

It's hard to believe the before and after pic is of the same person. Wow! I have to show this to my sister because it motivates me and I think it will motivate her as she wants to lose about that much and thinks it will be impossible. Great job!

Add me. I'm trying to lose my last 10-15 too. It's true about it being hard, I keep telling myself not to give up and just take it one pound at a time. Good Luck!
