Can't believe it's mid March already! Aaack! Five pounds down for the month so far, and thank goodness there are 31 days in this month......looks like I'm gonna need every minute in oder to hit the 10 lb. challenge target!~

I'm soooo in for the next challenge round! Thanks so much Kristen! Since it's a 12 week challenge, I'm going to shoot for shedding 30 lbs during the challenge period. Gotta raise my expectations, right? **smiles**

I do, I do! I attend hour long Zumba classes at my gym 6 days a week! Initially I tracked my calories on zumbacalories.com, but I got a rude awakening once I purchased my HRM and saw that zumbacalories overestimated my calorie burns by about 200 calories per session!!!.....And that's with me selecting "low intensity" on…

I think the 1400 cal day of meals/snacks was an EXAMPLE of how to cover your nutritional needs while minimizing cravings. According to Oz, you can increase the portion sizes of his example day or eat whatever you want. The point was to curb the urge to binge, while at the same time not denying yourself.......
