I agree. I am excited to get started, however, I am wondering if anyone has seen a "number" for grams of carbs/proteins on each day. I feel like I NEED a number?!?!

watch the salt!!! before mfp was tracking it, there is no telling how much salt i was taking in!!!! it really makes a difference.:flowerforyou:

I am going to e back in NC Dec. 23rd. soooo I may try to do this one!!! I am more of a walker than a jogger (but I am working on it :)) Where do you train? Do you live in Winston-Salem? I have been looking for a place to work out when I am home.

Hmm??? I am doing all I can to stay @ or under the recommended 1200 cals per day mark. I exercise 3-4 times per week. Sometimes I am waaaaay hungrier than 1200 cals. Wondering if I should I eat more?
