  • It depends. Are you trying to gain muscle or a more voluptuous figure? If you're wanting to gain muscle, you'll need to work out with weights and eat lots of protein and high, but healthy carbs. If you want to gain voluptuousness then eat anything your heart desires :)
  • I don't really know of any recipes per say, but my daughter has celiacs disease and I've found a ton of information including recipes off of various sites. Unfortunately I don't have them bookmarked, but I know one site is called glutenfreegirl.com. When I first found out about my daughter, I just did a search for gluten…
  • Haven't been posting to regularly, but I have been doing my exercising. been dealing with a whacked out sister who is trying to drive me batty. do I get extra exercise calories for that? So far for the month I have logged only 654 mins, but considering I've only exercised 9 out of 14 days, I don't think it's that bad, but…

I'm going to a nutritionist and I don't know if this will help you, but she adamantly relies on this for eating: breakfast: 1…
  • maybe we should go the way momma would.... "get up off your *kitten* and go work out. PRONTO!" did that help? lol you will feel much better after you work out, if you think about it, you always do!
  • I've got nothing for you either, I'd like to see answers also. Large muscular legs (especially calves) run in my family. I'd love to slim mine down. My legs are my best feature, but it's my calves that seem overly large in my opinion!
  • I have never even thought about it like that, but that is in deed the perfect to look at it isn't it? Thank you for that insight!
  • I am so with everyone else that has commented on this thread. Being a diabetic, I have never used any type of artificial sweetener. Most people jut don't realize how it can and will affect your glycemic index. I've started reading, well I think it's called Eat to Live by Joel Furman and it has been a real eye opener. It…
  • Feel free to add me too! I just joined on Monday and I do much better when I have people checking in on me!
