It depends. Are you trying to gain muscle or a more voluptuous figure? If you're wanting to gain muscle, you'll need to work out with weights and eat lots of protein and high, but healthy carbs. If you want to gain voluptuousness then eat anything your heart desires :)

I don't think I would join WW for a few extra pounds, WW doesn't really 'teach" you how to eat. they teach you how to count points. I would really shake up your exercise program and your eating. I've got nothing for you either, I'd like to see answers also. Large muscular legs (especially calves) run in my family. I'd love to slim mine down. My legs are my best feature, but it's my calves that seem overly large in my opinion!
