So does anyone mind giving me some low carb, as well as gluten-free recipes for breakfast (quick and easy i'm on the go), lunch (easy to pack, maybe heat in the microwave or already prepared no heat up required and dinner (i have time to cook dinner),

I eat a lot of vegetables, either in salads or cut up with a dip. In the morning, I either have an egg white omelette (with more vegetables) or a protein shake.
Check out Elana's Pantry website (careful...lots of too good dessert recipes ) for some other ideas.
I also make mini-crustless quiche dudes in muffin tins. For six, you can use eight egg whites (or six whole eggs) any cooked protein (like turkey bacon or breakfast sausage) and chopped red peppers + some shredded cheese. These are great to just heat up quickly in the a.m.
Not really recipes, but hopefully some ideas.

I don't really know of any recipes per say, but my daughter has celiacs disease and I've found a ton of information including recipes off of various sites.
Unfortunately I don't have them bookmarked, but I know one site is called glutenfreegirl.com. When I first found out about my daughter, I just did a search for gluten free recipes and there are a ton of sites. You can also just rearrange many of the recipes that you already like changing out the gluten products for gluten free ones. I know that sounds easy, but once you start doing it, it's not real easy, gluten is in EVERYTHING!
I've cut way back on gluten and starches too since finding out about my daughter and I feel so much better than I did when I was always eating them AND I don't miss them at all.
Oh funny, I said I didn't have any booked marked and when I looked up this was right there.... so here is one site! lol

If you've got any questions along the way, feel free to friend me and ask away! Good luck. It's a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but after about 3 weeks, you'll be like an old pro at it!0 -

You can try making regular low-cal recipes, but substituting flour for all-purpose gluten-free flour, which you can get at Bulk and Health Food stores.0 -
