I did input the goal weight at my current weight of 222 to get the TDEE. I'll have to re-calc the numbers to see how close the Katch and Harris were.

I felt the same way. Even gained 6lbs doing the program last summer. But I could definitely notice a difference in how lean my mid-section got. Pictures and meaasurements are the way to go.

I completed the program in July. Month 2 is definitely harder than month 1. I actually didn't lose any weight and gained about 6lbs, but my results were good. I leaned out. Lost a bit of muscle because it really isn't a muscle building program as much as it is a muscle endurance and cardio program. The key is to keep…

Love PB&J. Fresh White Bread (i know not the best but it's softer than most whole wheat), Jif Natural and Welch's grape. A tall glass of milk to go with it too!!

Best of luck to everyone...you're all INSANE...lol. pun intended. I just finished last week. It was brutal, but I made it through the program. I was pleased with the cardio endurance and BF% reduction. I actually gained 6lbs though so be prepared that it's not easy to get those 6 pack abs.
