I've been doing it on the treadmill, but hope this weekend to try it outside! It's just so dark when I get home from work now, that I just jump right on the treadmill! We'll see- Wish me luck.

just finished week 2 day 2 today!!! Loving it. I can't wait til I can run 20 minutes straight!

I took a couple yoga classes & loved it!! I don't have a lot of time anymore to go to a class, so I usually do it in the morning before I go to work. I did a hot yoga class, and thought I was going to die... I did NOT like that... but regular yoga was great, and I felt amazing after!
