Thats a great way of looking at things. Now being a smaller weight, I do find it harder to shed the pounds on the scale but see huge improvements in strength, balance and stamina. So many things to be thankful for :) Good job!

Wow, I had my first bootcamp class last night. What'a workout. This is going to be quite a challenging 8 weeks! I'm so sore, but I have to remember that it's worth it. Anyone else ever done "bootcamp''? See any results?
