    Awe thanks! Cardio and weight lifting with better food choices and eating back my without cals! I've been working on myself since jan 2011....

    this is currently the only one I have, but it only shows part of the upper body and face, but I am still surprised at the difference.
    tried to recreate the same settings.

    So My weight loss journey started January 2012 one year after giving birth to my daughter...Well, main reason was cause i was getting married in November 2012...Well i lost some weight, but after April 2012 i kind of slacked..hmmm...i gained a few kgs back and now i have to go BACK ON TRACK!caise i got till september to lose weight and tone up...I just wanted to share my before and after from JANUARY 2012 TO APRIL 2012...

    I have alreayd taken my NEW before pics two dyas back and cant wait to post a great after when i finish my 8 kg loss:)))
